Position: Business Manager – WA State Administration. Responsibilities
Lead an administration team that supports multiple school sites.
Provide senior-level administrative support to regional and campus leadership.
Manage state-wide policies, procedures, documentation and compliance records.
Coordinate travel, meetings, conferences, award events and student activities.
Maintain enrolment data and support the effective use of student management systems.
Ensure Work Health and Safety requirements are met and contractor processes are followed.
Prepare and submit reports for state and federal obligations, including attendance and assessment requirements.
Support onboarding, training, record-keeping and staff compliance.
Act as the central point of communication for internal teams and external education bodies.
Oversee reconciliation of state accounts and credit card expenditure.
Manage responses for assessment and regulatory bodies as required.
Qualifications
Background in school administration or education operations is highly regarded.
Experience with compliance, auditing and Work Health and Safety.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support a small team.
Confident user of Microsoft Office and database systems.
Experience with Sentral would be an advantage.
Clear communication skills and a practical, organised approach to workload management.
Ability to coordinate events, travel logistics and volunteer involvement.
A steady, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine interest in improving systems and processes.
