We're on the lookout for an experienced Project Engineer or Project Manager to play an integral role working on Queensland's largest residential development, providing approximately 20,000 lots, right here on the beautiful Sunshine Coast
About You
* Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.
* Solid understanding and experience of civil construction and subdivision works.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee project planning, programming tasks, and ensure project compliance.
* Accountable for ensuring project compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, and standards.
* Responsible for monthly assessments and forecasts of project's financial performance.
* Manage and maintain client relationships.
* Coordinate and performance of employees, subcontractors, procurement, and necessary equipment.
* Coach, mentor and train relevant staff and address and resolve any performance issues.
Qualifications
* Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) - desirable but not essential.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in Civil Construction, with previous experience in delivering subdivision projects highly regarded.
* Strong skills in managing client relationships.
* Proven ability to build positive relationships with subcontractors.
* Exceptional people management abilities.
