The Opportunity: We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Therapy Supervisor to join our Melbourne team for an immediate start. This key leadership role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in behavioral therapy, clinical supervision, and team coordination. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualised ABA programs for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related conditions. Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of Behaviour Therapists to ensure quality service delivery and professional growth. Conduct regular skills assessments and program evaluations to track child progress and therapy effectiveness. Provide parent training, support, and guidance to facilitate learning and consistency across settings. Collaborate with Clinical Managers, Behaviour Analysts, and allied health professionals to ensure best-practice intervention. Manage scheduling, caseloads, and documentation in line with centre policies and NDIS guidelines. Ensure therapy services are compliant with ethical, legal, and safety standards. Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field. Minimum 1-2 years' experience in ABA therapy or early intervention programs. Experience supervising or mentoring junior therapists. Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills. Knowledge of NDIS and early intervention frameworks is highly regarded. Eligibility for a Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
