As part of our ongoing commitment to service excellence, we are seeking a skilled Administration Officer to join our team. This role is essential in providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions and initiatives.
Position Overview
The Administration Officer will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative and office support services. This includes managing data entry, records management, assisting with onboarding processes, and supporting compliance and reporting requirements.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with strong communication & administrative skills.
* Qualifications in Business Administration or demonstrated equivalent experience in a related field is desirable.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic record management systems.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate respectfully with diverse communities.
* Experience in a culturally sensitive environment and knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities is highly regarded.
* Required prior to commencement - Valid Driver Licence, Working with Children (Blue Card) Federal Police Check (within the last six months)
