Job Description We are looking for a forward-thinking Product / Service Designer to help define the future of how customers interact with products in an AI-driven world. This role is focused on designing "future-state" experiences where AI agents—not just humans—act as the primary interface for discovery, comparison, and transactions. You will bridge the gap between traditional user-centric design and the emerging field of machine-readable commerce, ensuring our product constructs are optimized for both human clarity and agentic efficiency. The Role As a Product / Service Designer, you will lead the research and design efforts to determine how AI agents discover and transact within our ecosystem. You will be responsible for translating complex technical possibilities into seamless service journeys and product information architectures. Key Responsibilities: Future-State Design: Design end-to-end product experiences specifically optimized for AI agent interactions and automated commerce. Journey Mapping: Develop key user journeys that illustrate how agents assist in product discovery and facilitate secure transactions. Agentic Research: Conduct deep-dive research into how AI agents (LLMs, personal assistants, etc.) search, compare, and execute purchases in the telco and technology sectors. Product Architecture: Design agent-optimized product constructs, ensuring that product information is structured for maximum machine discoverability. Strategic Balancing: Balance the needs of the human end-user with the technical requirements of the AI agents representing them.
