Skills and Experience
Strong experience and longevity working for a retail home builder & selling new homes (in a Display Village environment)
Ability to understand what your client needs and close sales
Immaculate presentation and communication skills
Strong administrative skills - working with contracts, housing plans and council requirements
Generous non repayable base up to $80K + super + up to 2% commission
