About the Role
Operating within Scholarships, the Coordinator, Scholarships leads the day‐to‐day coordination of the scholarships function, delivering high quality, best‐practice experiences for prospective and current students, donors and ACU staff. The Coordinator, Scholarships ensures efficient end‐to‐end operations across program design advice, requirement gathering, deed interpretation, publishing and enabling applications, assessment and selection, confirmation of ongoing eligibility, payments and enquiry management. The position is the operational owner of the university's scholarship platform, acting as the primary liaison between the vendor, IT and Student Systems, managing configuration, testing and continuous improvement. The Coordinator will provide timely transactional reporting, insights and analysis during scholarship rounds to inform decision making and work closely with the Advancement, Office of the Provost, Marketing & External Relations, First Peoples, Faculties, IT, Finance and Student Administration teams to align scholarship activities with ACU priorities, policy and governance to deliver consistent, high quality services. Leading a team of administrators, this role directs activities and manages key timelines to ensure scholarships are requested, approved, opened and awarded for application each intake period.

* Total remuneration valued to $124,509 - $134,699 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $105,212 - $113,823 (pro rata) pa (HEW 7), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
* 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed‐term staff.
* Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
