Overview
The Body Shop Australia is recruiting for a Casual Beauty Advisor for our Rockhampton store. Your role in a nutshell is to support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times.
Key Duties
The Beauty Advisor will take the time to learn our customer's needs and recommend products that make them feel good.
Uphold the values and vision of the company while ensuring adherence to company procedures and policies.
Offer expert advice to customers and provide an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy.
What We Look For
Previous retail experience is preferred
Robust interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building rapport with customers
A team player open to daily coaching and feedback from the Store and Assistant Manager
A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry
Confident in reaching store targets and sales
Active contributor to a positive team by being agile, tenacious and optimistic
Availability Monday through Sunday
