Job Title: HR Officer
This is a part-time role available three days per week. You will be reporting to the Operations Manager and support the team across all things people, culture and workplace health & safety.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain resource manning levels to meet business requirements and assist with recruitment processes;
* Provide administrative support to the HR department, including compilation of weekly KPI reports;
* Develop effective relationships with internal stakeholders;
* Manage site health and safety management systems and ensure OHS regulations are complied with;
* Ensure HR information systems, manual and electronic, are created and maintained as the primary source of employee information;
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in Human Resources;
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related business discipline;
* Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and approachable demeanor;
* Ability to work professionally within a team environment;
* Excellent time management and organizational skills;
