In this role, you'll work closely with the Selection Lead and Executive Director of Training, to coordinate projects that ensure the continued quality and success of our programs.Support the coordination and delivery of the annual Fellowship and Subspecialty trainee selection processes.Coordinating the College's annual accreditation reporting to the Australian Medical Council (AMC)Providing high-level committee support to the Education Standards Committee and related working groupsProvide system support and coordinate Selection Committee meetings and documentation.Coordinate meetings, agendas, papers and actions for the Education Standards Committee and other working groups.Assist with data collection, referee reports, interview preparation and stakeholder communication.Support committee members with documentation, minutes and follow-up tasks.Contribute to project planning, documentation, research and policy development.Foster a positive, collaborative team culture and maintain safe work practices.This role may require occasional out of hours work on weekdays. 
The College offers time off in lieu and flexible working arrangements at times when out of hours work is required.Skills and ExperienceKo wai koe | About you - Key Selection CriteriaThe ideal candidate will have:Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience preparing reports and working with a range of stakeholders.Proven background in administration, project coordination, customer service or committee support.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.High attention to detail with strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and managing data accurately.A collaborative team player who is proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.What you will get in returnWorking at RANZCOG means enjoying a strong sense of purpose and engaging in meaningful work every day.
