About the role
As a Contracts Administrator, you’ll be an integral part of the project delivery team, ensuring contracts and financial aspects are managed seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include:
* Administering contracts on commercial construction projects.
* Preparing project documentation, reports, and correspondence.
* Coordinating with estimators and project managers to let trade contracts to subcontractors.
* Managing expenditure, budgeting, and payment processing.
* Liaising with clients and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations.
Skills and experience
* Degree/Diploma in building/construction, or other recognised tertiary or trade qualification in a construction related field.
* A minimum of 3+ years' experience in a similar role in Australia, with a proven track record of delivering commercial projects, above $15M in value
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* The ability to foster & develop lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, trades & subcontractors
* A solutions-focused mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.
