About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Consultant to join our Public Sector Service Line (PSSL). In this role, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, and delivery of Onboarding 2.0 solutions for large-scale Federal Government clients.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Onboarding 2.0, and ideally exposure to Recruitment (RCM) and Employee Central (EC). You will work closely with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective functional solutions, support testing, and ensure successful deployment aligned with EPI-USE's methodology and quality standards.
This role supports projects across Federal, State, and Local Government, with flexibility to work from Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, or Perth. Due to the nature of Public Sector engagements, Australian Citizenship is required, and security clearance (NV1) is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
* Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements aligned with best practices.
* Integrate Onboarding 2.0 with Recruitment (RCM) and Employee Central (EC) where applicable.
* Prepare functional specifications, configuration workbooks, and testing documentation.
* Support solution validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and cutover activities.
* Provide subject matter expertise in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
* Conduct workshops, knowledge transfer, and end-user training as required.
* Ensure compliance with governance, security, and quality frameworks specific to Public Sector environments.
* Keep current with SAP SuccessFactors innovations, recommending improvements and efficiencies.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and delivery excellence.
* Support presales and business development activities, including proposal input and client presentations.
Key Requirements
* Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 implementation and configuration.
* SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 certification (mandatory).
* Experience with Recruitment (RCM) and Employee Central (EC) highly desirable.
* Experience working in structured project environments (Agile and/or Waterfall).
* Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multi-vendor team environment.
Security and Citizenship Requirements
* Must be an Australian Citizen to qualify for Federal Government projects.
* Existing AGSVA NV1 clearance is highly desirable.
* Applicants without clearance must be eligible and willing to undergo the security clearance process.
