Parts & Logistics Planner
Looking for your next opportunity in mining? We're seeking an experienced Parts & Logistics Planner to support our operations on a major Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) construction project at Sino Iron.
This role will see you coordinating parts procurement, freight and logistics to support a fleet of heavy mobile equipment, ensuring critical TSF embankment and earthworks activities continue without disruption within a high-performing team environment.

The Role
* Planning, sourcing and ordering parts to support maintenance requirements
* Raising and processing purchase orders using Epicor
* Coordinating freight and logistics to ensure timely delivery of parts to site
* Liaising with Maintenance Planners to forecast upcoming works and requirements
* Monitoring parts availability and managing supplier lead times
* Expediting urgent and critical component orders
* Maintaining accurate records of orders, deliveries and inventory
* Working collaboratively with suppliers, freight providers and internal teams to minimise downtime
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a Parts, Logistics or Maintenance Planning role within mining or heavy industry
* Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics in remote site environments
* Experience using Epicor or similar ERP systems
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* High attention to detail and proactive problem‐solving approach
