Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct cold calls to generate leads and identify potential customers.
* Prospect and research potential clients.
* Build and maintain a database of qualified leads.
* Meet and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
* Letterbox drops and door knocks.
Requirements:
* Highly motivated and driven to succeed.
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Reliable car and driver's licence.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies.
* Previous sales, car sales, telemarketing, property management, or customer service experience is a plus.
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday with an RDO during the week.
