Broker Development Manager Role
This key position plays a pivotal role in driving Home Loan growth across the state of New South Wales.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a commercial call plan to build and deepen strong relationships with aggregators and brokers within their portfolio. They will serve as the primary account contact for a significant aggregator, focusing on growing market share by consistently delivering industry-leading solutions and ensuring ongoing broker satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A career background in banking/financial services with extensive experience.
* Relevant experience in a similar role, with strong broker and aggregator networks preferred but not essential.
* Experience in all aspects of residential home loans, with a solid understanding of credit assessment and customer scenarios.
* Demonstrated success in implementing structured call plans that drive growth.
