At WorkSafe Victoria, the Enterprise Change Management Practice (ECMP) is vital to achieving our strategic goals. We empower individuals to embrace change and drive our mission forward. As a Change Manager, you'll play a key role in crafting and executing change management plans that ensure smooth transitions and enthusiastic adoption of our strategic and operational initiatives.
What You'll Do :
As our Change Manager, you'll lead change delivery across projects and programs. Your expertise will help integrate technological advancements, new processes, and strategic shifts across the enterprise. Here's a glimpse of your responsibilities :
* Craft Change Management Plans : Identify, schedule, and manage activities that boost employee adoption and enhance experiences throughout the project lifecycle.
* Conduct Change Impact Assessments : Partner with key stakeholders to assess the impact of changes, ensuring our strategies and plans are informed and effective.
* Develop Tailored Change Activities : Create and execute change initiatives for small to medium projects, including stakeholder analyses, training plans, communication strategies, and measures of change effectiveness.
* Engage and Consult : Work closely with sponsors and Business Unit leaders to identify potential risks and foster a supportive environment for change.

Qualifications - Desirable
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (preferred)
