What you'll be doing
As an Enrolled Nurse in the Operating Suite, you will deliver individualised, high‐quality perioperative care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. You will play a vital role in ensuring safe, seamless surgical experiences for patients while contributing to a high‐performing clinical environment.
Your responsibilities include:
* Providing patient‐centred nursing care that supports optimal clinical outcomes
* Delivering best‐practice nursing within professional, legal and ethical boundaries
* Supporting holistic, planned and systematic care throughout the surgical pathway
* Communicating effectively within the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
* Maintaining accurate, detailed patient documentation to support safe clinical practice
* Advocating for patients and families while ensuring their needs and rights are respected

Essential Requirements
* Registration: Current Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria
* Demonstrated recent clinical experience relevant to the position
* Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload within the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse
* Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means; and sound interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with the multidisciplinary health care team
* An understanding of patient centred care and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team.
