Exodas is a well established and growing road transport and logistics company. We have operated along the East Coast of Australia for 22 years. With depots/yards in Mareeba, Innisfail, Tully, Townsville, Bowen, Mackay, Warnervale, Sydney, Melbourne and Head Office in Yatala we employ approximately 300 staff.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager for a permanent full-time role based at Yatala Head Office. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, with some overtime required from time to time.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervision of all administration staff (20) across Head Office and depots
- Assisting the CEO with HR related matters
- Providing cover for administration staff absences at Head Office
- Co-ordination of external support suppliers as required
About You
You will have:
- Staff and office management experience within Australia
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
- Sound Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams) knowledge
- A willingness to develop new skills and knowledge
- Experience within the Australian road transport industry would be a plus
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
