OverviewThe Finance & Administration Officer will support the ANZ organization by assisting with accounting and general administrative tasks.

The role reports to the ANZ Finance Manager.ResponsibilitiesThe role is broad and encompasses diverse tasks, split approximately 50% Finance (accounting) and 50% Administrative support.Finance (accounting): Full function Accounts Receivable, preparation and issuing of invoices, review of accounts receivable and follow up on unpaid invoices, full function Accounts Payable, processing and payment of all purchase invoices, processing all tax related payments, processing and payment of employee related expenses, bank account reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations monthly, prepare and lodge GST returns for both AU and NZ, support payroll duties, assist Finance Manager in preparation of annual income tax returns for both AU and NZ, ad-hoc reporting as required, and other tasks as required by the Finance Manager.Administrative: assist with daily operations (e.g., recruitment, travel bookings, trade show logistics), general office duties and errands (ordering office supplies, coordinating deliveries), onboard new employees and office setup, monitor office space and common areas (inventory/asset management, parking, meeting room allocations), ad hoc tasks for senior management, and process improvement collaboration with the team.General: work in accordance with company policies and procedures, build effective relationships with stakeholders, and act as a representative of the Sectra brand in stakeholder engagements, promoting Sectra's culture and values.Role RequirementsFlexible hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days per week in the officeInfrequent travel to attend key off-site meetings and eventsOccasional work outside of business hours with time in lieu, as agreedLife at SectraYour work at Sectra will impact our mission to create solutions beneficial for life, working closely with customers and end users.
