Supervisor – Full‐time
Become a Supervisor at Specsavers and lead our store teams, supporting Retail Managers and Store Partners in the day‐to‐day operations.
Responsibilities
* Lead and Inspire: Guide, coach, and develop team members to deliver exceptional service and reach their full potential.
* Deliver Outstanding Customer Experiences: Ensure every customer receives personalised care and expert advice tailored to their needs.
* Drive Success: Oversee day‐to‐day store operations, keeping everything running smoothly and to Specsavers' high standards.
* Grow Together: Monitor team performance, support continuous improvement, and contribute to the success of both Optical and Audiology services.
Qualifications
* Retail Experience: You come from a retail background and are ready to take the next step in developing leadership skills.
* Quick Thinker: Problem‐solving comes naturally to you and you are always on the lookout for ways to keep customers coming back.
* Calm Under Pressure: You know how to keep your cool, communicate clearly, and maintain professionalism even during the busiest times.
* Customer Service Pro: Building rapport is your thing. You take pride in delivering high‐quality service and being a go‐to team player in store.
