Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Melbourne, VIC, with the flexibility to work remotely for a portion of the time. As a Business Analyst, you will gather, analyze, and interpret business requirements to provide data-driven insights that align with organizational goals. Responsibilities include identifying process improvements, collaborating with stakeholders, documenting business needs, and supporting project implementation. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Qualifications
* Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Business Analysis to identify trends and generate actionable insights
* Proficiency in Business Process and Business Requirements documentation
* Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Experience in project management and delivering actionable recommendations is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
* Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage time effectively
