About the role
AIB Pty Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team. This full-time position is crucial in supporting our clients and driving the success of our brokerage operations.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
* Managing a portfolio of valued clients with care and attention
* Understanding each client's unique insurance needs and offering tailored solutions
* Handling new business, renewals, and policy adjustments efficiently and accurately
* Building genuine, long-lasting relationships that go beyond transactions
* Actively contributing ideas to help us improve and grow
What We're Looking For:
* At least 2–3 years' experience has an Insurance Broker
* A strong service mindset and excellent communication skills
* Great attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude
* Confident working with insurance policies and systems
* A genuine team player who brings positivity and professionalism to the table
* Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards
* A passion for helping people and making insurance easier to understand
