Role Description
This is a full‐time on‐site role for a Territory Sales Manager, located in the Greater Melbourne Area. The role involves managing and expanding relationships with customers within the assigned territory, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include identifying client needs, providing technical solutions, delivering training to customers and distributors, and maintaining exceptional customer service. Collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales objectives and market development is an integral part of this role.
Qualifications
* Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and cross‐functional collaboration
* Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a focus on achieving targets and fostering growth in assigned territories
* Excellent Customer Service abilities, including understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions
* Capability to deliver effective training sessions to customers or distribution teams
* Self‐motivated with strong organizational and time‐management skills
* Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office software
* Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred
* Prior experience in the motion and control technology industry or related fields is a plus
