Your role will involve assisting the Lodge Manager in all aspects of lodge operations, including housekeeping, food and beverage service, and general upkeep of the lodges. You will also be responsible for collaborating with the Lodge Manager to implement policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency and elevate guest satisfaction.
About You:
* A true appreciation for nature and a commitment to sustainability.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in hospitality, preferably in assistant roles.
* Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
