* You will be responsible for contract administration, reporting and records management, financial responsibilities including processing invoices and supporting monthly financials.
* Your excellent communication and organisational skills will be key in managing diaries, maintaining files and making travel arrangements.
* You will also contribute to recruitment processes, onboard new staff and maintain team details.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in administrative support, including email and diary management and organising meetings.
* Excellent organisation skills along with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
* A flexible, can-do attitude and ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
* A high level of competence using MS Office Suite and SharePoint.
