We are seeking a Test Analyst with strong experience in PeopleSoft testing, automation, and performance/load testing to support the delivery of high-quality digital systems within a complex enterprise environment.
Hybrid work setup in NSW. Until June 2026 (possible extension).
Key Responsibilities
* Define and document test acceptance criteria using methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile and hybrid delivery models.
* Prepare test effort estimates based on analysis of requirements to support project planning and delivery timelines.
* Develop test plans and test strategies for various test phases based on project documentation.
* Analyse and prepare test data required for functional, integration and system testing.
* Perform automation and performance testing, including load testing using k6.
* Conduct testing activities for enterprise systems including PeopleSoft.
* Work with the Quality Assurance Manager to establish best practice testing frameworks, policies, templates and tools.
* Produce testing solutions that ensure the effective performance of systems and products in the organisation's operating environment.
* Follow organisational policies, procedures and values to ensure a safe, healthy and inclusive workplace.
* Maintain a customer-focused approach, ensuring users remain at the centre of decision‐making.
* Work with the Line Manager to develop and review performance management and development plans.
Skills & Experience
* Demonstrated experience as a Test Analyst / QA Analyst in enterprise environments.
* Experience testing PeopleSoft modules and integrations.
* Hands‐on experience with automation testing frameworks.
* Experience in performance and load testing, preferably using k6.
* Strong experience in test planning, test case design, defect management and test reporting.
* Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid project methodologies.
* Excellent analytical, documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
