ABOUT THE ROLE
Duties and responsibilities will involve, but are not limited to:
- Delivery of high-quality patient care to a diverse range of acute care patients;
- Assessing, planning, coordinating and evaluating the care delivery needs of patients;
- Ensuring all care is delivered in line with the core values and strategic direction of the hospital.
REQUIREMENTS
To excel in this position, you should bring a strong clinical skillset in a hospital setting as a trained Nurse with recent experience.
- Current registration with AHPRA;
- A minimum of 3 years post-registration experience, including 3 years' experience in a General Surgical ward; experience in the Vascular specialty is desirable;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required;
- Understanding the scope of practice;
- Ability to manage designated portfolio and display sound leadership skills;
- Sound written and verbal communication skills;
- Demonstrated knowledge/experience in accreditation processes, clinical indicators, and other quality projects.

REMUNERATION
On offer is a base annual salary ranging from $75,436.57 - $99,268.14 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
