The Role
This is a rare opportunity to join a passionate team of retail property professionals as a Marketing Assistant, where you'll play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives that align with the brand and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the delivery of major campaigns and promotions (e.g. Mother's Day, Christmas)
* Coordinate digital marketing across social media, website, and rewards app
* Manage database marketing including email campaigns and audience segmentation
* Engage and support retailers with marketing initiatives and communications
* Drive community engagement through local sponsorships, partnerships, and events
* Provide marketing administration support including collateral coordination and reporting
Skills and Experience Requirements for the role:
* Tertiary qualifications in marketing, advertising, or a related field
* Graphic design experience
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (desirable but not essential)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, including copywriting and proofreading
* Excellent attention to detail and time management
* Strong relationship management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
