The Role:
1. Circa 130 properties with support
2. End-to-end duties with your own dedicated Assistant Property Manager!
3. Conduct exit inspections
4. Liaise with owners and tenants
5. Upload rental listings online
6. Prepare CMA's & lease renewals
7. Manage arrears
8. Maintenance
9. Attend QCAT where required
The Candidate:
1. 3+ years Property Management experience
2. Ability to manage and lead a team
3. Strong communication skills
4. Excellent attention to detail
5. A valid driver's license
6. Current QLD Certificate of Registration
