Based in our successful Subiaco office, you will be servicing top tier clients and candidates, you will be adept at stakeholder management working in collaboration with our real estate, planning, design, engineering & construction teams.

The Role:
Interviewing, shortlisting and building long-term relationships with Gough clients and candidates
Taking job briefs and negotiating fees with clients
Having hard conversations, influencing and helping clients and candidates discover what they want and making the match
Business development to win new accounts & client meetings
Working collaboratively with a goal-orientated team towards a team goal
Preparing advertising and marketing campaigns via social media and Gough's extensive database
Who are we looking for?
Experience within Recruitment and successful biller, preferably within the Property or related industry
Meticulous attention to detail and excellent admin skills
Articulate communication and ability to build key relationships
A fire in the belly to be the best without losing sight of teamwork and collaboration
Quick thinking, solutions focused and high-level customer service
