Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver high-quality dining experiences. Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and execute a variety of high-quality dishes in line with restaurant standards.
* Create seasonal menus, incorporating fresh and locally sourced ingredients.
* Supervise kitchen staff, providing training, mentoring, and performance feedback.
* Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
* Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
* Enforce strict hygiene, health, and safety standards in the kitchen.
* Collaborate with management on new recipes, specials, and customer feedback.
* Maintain smooth coordination with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant.
* Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety regulations.
* Creative flair for menu development and plating.
* Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Formal culinary training or equivalent experience preferred.
