Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations of the locks, doors and windows department
* Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock control of locks and related hardware
* Coordinate with technicians and clients to ensure timely delivery and installation
* Maintain accurate records and reporting systems
* Lead and support a small team, ensuring high standards of service and safety
* Liaise with suppliers and ensure compliance with industry standards
Proven experience in locksmithing or lock hardware management
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Familiarity with inventory systems and basic reporting tools
