Chef de Partie — Bonnie Doon Public House (Brisbane)
Bonnie Doon Public House is a Brisbane pub and bistro specialising in Modern Australian cuisine, and we are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong section management, consistent execution, and a high standard of discipline across service.
Role & Responsibilities
* 30 hours/week across day and night shifts
* Run a section through prep and service
* Work to recipe specification and maintain consistency
* Support bulk prep, specials, and menu rollouts
* Run the kitchen solo on quieter weeknights
Qualifications
* 2+ years of CDP experience in a similar venue
* CertIII/IV in Commercial Cookery preferred
* Confident running a service solo – prep, pass and clean‐down on your own when needed
* Strong knife skills and section ownership
* Reliable, organised, calm under pressure
* Food Safety Supervisor certification
* Right to work in Australia
