We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Application Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The primary goal of this role is to support and sustain critical applications, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability. The key technologies in focus are Azure App Dev, Logic Apps, .NET, Azure Kubernetes and Azure API Management (amongst others).As an experienced Azure Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring application health, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the continuous availability and efficiency of our applications. Utilising Agile methodology, you will participate in regular sprints and stand-up meetings, contributing to the iterative improvement of our systems.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve application issuesPerform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.Develop and maintain technical documentation.Participate in on-call rotation.Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.Monitor the performance of all applications, Infrastructure and their associated Data Services (i.e., components) utilising available tools.
