Role
What role will you play? As Head of Design for Banking and Financial Services, you will lead design across the full breadth of our customer experience, including product design, service design, design systems, voice of customer and accessibility. You will build an outstanding team culture, coaching and elevating a team of designers to deliver their best work. You will set the design ambition for Banking and Financial Services and build the organisational credibility to make it happen, working as a peer alongside engineering, product, brand, and business leaders to ensure design is a strategic differentiator.
