**The Role**
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a marketing coordinator / marketing manager to join the team. You will be based out of the head office in Port Melbourne, but will spend time on the road travelling to display homes, events etc.
Being well supported by the GM of Marketing, the general responsibilities include:
- Management and delivery of promotional campaigns
- Management of all things display homes - preparing for openings, decorations, flags, banners etc. All things with the sales office.
- Management of all things website based e.g. keeping promotions current, upgrades and optimisation of website marketing
**Key Requirements**
To be successful in this role, applicants would ideally display the following:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing
- The ability to manage projects autonomously and confidently ESSENTIAL
- An understanding of relevant industry terminology and acronyms
- The ability to set and manage deadlines, budgets and responsibilities
- Marketing nous
- Self confidence and the ability to hold their own - you will be reporting and presenting to senior stakeholders and you will be questioned, being able to confidently reply is important
In addition to the above, a strong work ethic, reliability and a drivers license and car are essential in this role.
