This is a temporary full-time position based at BreastScreen NSW in Waratah, supporting fixed and mobile screening services across the Hunter New England region.
Remuneration: $64,046.06 - $66,170.25 Per Annum + Superannuation + Salary Packaging.
Location: BreastScreen NSW – Waratah.
Employment Type: Temporary Full Time 38hr/wk ending 31st May 2026.
Position Classification: Admin Officer Level 2.
Hours Per Week: 38hr/wk.

About The Role
Support BreastScreen NSW's vital work by providing administrative support such as scheduling appointments, managing client data, and liaising with clinical staff. Work across multiple sites including mobile units, contributing to women's health.
Essential Criteria
* Applicants must be female – exemption under Section 31(2) (h).
* Current NSW Driver's Licence and ability to work flexible shifts, including mobile units (up to 6 days away from home).

* Delivering excellent customer service in a busy screening environment.
* Providing accurate admin support for seamless operations.
* Collaborating with clinicians and admin teams across sites.
* Maintaining patient confidentiality and data integrity.

You are proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities. You bring professionalism, energy, and a customer-first approach, whether working independently or in a team.

* Experience in a clinical or health admin setting (training provided if not).
