At Macquarie University Hospital, we offer extensive cardiac and vascular surgery including Coronary artery bypass grafts, mitral valve repairs, lobectomies and various robotic surgeries. In this role, you will be tasked with the following: Perform comprehensive assessments for patients with cardiac, respiratory, vascular, and oncological conditions. Collaborate closely with cardiologists, oncologists, surgeons, respiratory therapists, and allied health professionals. Conduct advanced risk assessments, plans interventions, and delivers care that is safe, appropriate and clinically effective. Educate patients and their families about disease processes, medications, self-care, and recovery strategies.
