About This Role
This is a Business Development Programme Coordinator position that requires a highly skilled individual with strong analytical, organisational, facilitation and representation skills to join our team.
The successful candidate will lead and coordinate high-quality programming mainly under the Build goal, focusing on climate smart Economic Empowerment, business development, green economy initiatives, and inclusive economic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, implement and monitor innovative projects that promote sustainable livelihoods, climate-resilient practices, and entrepreneurship.
* Foster partnerships with private sector actors, donors, and local organisations.
* Work closely with local and international partners to ensure smooth and adaptive programme implementation.
* Ensure effective collaboration with donors and partners, timely planning, implementation, documentation and reporting in compliance with donor requirements.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Development Studies, or related field.
* 5+ years managing large donor-funded projects, including development and reporting.
* Proven experience in business development, fundraising, blended finance, and proposal writing.
* Advanced understanding and experience in green economy, renewable energy, and climate-smart agriculture.
* Excellent programme management skills including planning, coordination and documentation.
* Fluency in Arabic and English.
* Excellent written communication and verbal presentation skills in English and Arabic.
