Senior Claims Professional
We are seeking an experienced Senior Claims professional to join our team. As a senior claims consultant, you will be responsible for managing complex commercial property claims, working collaboratively with the claims team and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have strong technical capability in commercial property insurance and experience in coaching and building capability of a claims team. You will also have demonstrated ability to interpret and analyze complex information, extract meaningful insights, and evaluate options for decision-making.
About This Role
* Manage a portfolio of complex commercial property insurance claims from validation to finalization within allocated authority levels.
* Ensure client communication requirements are met throughout the life of each claim.
* Counsel junior members on claim handling procedures and best practices in line with AAL’s policies.
