We are expanding our team of Your Care Choice Home Support Workers to meet the ongoing demand from our HCP and CHSP clients, helping them remain living independently at home.
As a Your Care Choice Home Support Worker, you will deliver high-quality domestic support, meal preparation, unaccompanied shopping assistance, personal care, and respite care. This role involves flexible scheduling, primarily working in clients' private homes.
Payment includes kilometers traveled between shifts on the same day.
Our extensive service area allows you to work within your local township/LGA, minimizing travel.
To succeed, you will need:
- Certificate 3 in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or Home and Community Support (or equivalent)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (must be maintained during employment)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Ability to travel across the service area
- Physical fitness to meet role requirements
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence
- Ownership of a registered and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Immunisation as per legislation, including COVID-19 vaccination unless medically exempt; evidence required prior to employment
