Quantum-Systems Pty Ltd, a leader in unmanned aerial systems (UAS), is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to deliver expert technical assistance and product support to our valued clients. This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, supporting defect rectification, and contributing to documentation and process improvement.

We are particularly seeking candidates who are fluent in both English and Ukrainian, as this role involves regular communication with international customers and stakeholders, including those in Ukrainian-speaking regions.

Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and Teams regarding Quantum-Systems products and services. 
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operational issues with Quantum-Systems’ products.
* Maintain positive client relationships by ensuring timely follow-ups and status updates on reported issues.
* Assist in the analysis and resolution of product defects and contribute to continuous product improvement.
* Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and issue resolutions.
* Assist in testing and validation of product updates, ensuring customer-reported issues are adequately addressed.
* Provide customer training on product usage, best practices, and maintenance procedures.
* Investigate recurring issues to identify underlying causes and recommend long term solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Qualifications in Aviation Maintenance or related field, or substantial relevant experience in providing technical support to aviation customers.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position, preferably within the defence or commercial sectors.
* Fluency in both English and Ukrainian - essential.
* Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving ability.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service
