Job Summary:

As a dedicated IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our team.

Additionally, you will assist with IT asset procurement, delivery, and tracking, as well as maintain accurate records of IT assets and purchases.
With strong communication and problem-solving skills, you will work closely with the ICT team to implement solutions and support IT projects.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide Level 1 technical support across hardware, software, and mobile devices.

* Assist with onboarding/offboarding, account setup, and user access management.

* Support IT asset procurement, delivery, and tracking.

* Maintain accurate records of IT assets and purchases.

* Assist with basic training and create documentation for common IT issues.

* Help maintain systems, perform updates, and monitor performance.

* Assist with network infrastructure, wireless connectivity, and mobile service management.

* Contribute to data security efforts, including audits and incident reporting.

* Support IT projects and collaborate with the ICT team to implement solutions.

**Requirements:**

* Experience in a similar IT support or help desk role or currently studying IT or related field.
