This is an exciting opportunity to step into a senior leadership role in CT Imaging, as we expand our CT services to include a state-of-the-art photon counting CT scanner embedded in ED. This significant service expansion will transform imaging delivery in emergency care and improve access for our most acute patients. 
Responsibilities 
- Provide strategic and operational leadership of the CT service to ensure evidence based best practice and contemporary models of care 
- Ensure effective and effective flow of patients through the CT department, delivering high quality imaging 
- Provide clinical leadership to all staff that work in CT, including education to undergraduate, intern and qualified Radiographers and ensure compliance with departmental protocols 
- Support a collaborative working environment and contribute to achieving clinical excellence and teamwork 
Essential qualifications and experience 
- Current AHPRA registration through MPRBA as a Medical Radiation Practitioner 
- Current Radiation Use Licence (Victorian Department of Health) 
- High level of specialist radiographic knowledge in CT 
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in CT 
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills 
- Digital literacy and demonstrated initiative with the ability to develop innovative solutions

Desirable 
- Postgraduate CT qualification 
- Further education in leadership and management 
- Previous experience in a senior supervisory role
