Intro Recruitment has been engaged to recruit a Contracts Administrator to join an existing team & drive the delivery of a luxurious 42 story residential tower in Broadbeach.
This developer/builder is well known for the high caliber of their team and they can offer genuine career advancement as they bring on more projects concurrently and perform annual performance and salary reviews.
They are looking for someone with the ability to build relationships and deal with key stake holders. You will ideally have experience delivering residential projects as a Contracts Administrator and you will have the ability to write your own scopes, RFI's and ITP's (ideally). You will be great at building relationships with subbies, consultants and clients and most of all love building beautiful projects.
This role will suit a Contracts Administrator with the ambition to progress in the future. Attitude will be key to your success and opportunity will be at your fingertips.
As a Contracts Administrator you will have:
* Ideally tertiary qualifications
* Min 2+ years post grad CA experience with reputable company
* Project experience over $10m
