Sales and Service Excellence Manager

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our retail team as a Sales and Service Excellence Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for creating an in-store experience that exceeds customer expectations.
As a key member of our management team, you will lead by example, demonstrating a customer-centric approach and driving sales through effective coaching and mentoring of your team.
You will work collaboratively with store teams to build strong relationships with stakeholders and identify opportunities for improvement. Your ability to engage people across the business and establish excellent stakeholder relationships will be crucial to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead by example, personally delivering on service principles and engaging with customers to drive sales and build a loyal customer base.
* Coach and mentor the team to provide expert knowledge and seamless solutions.
* Be visibly present on the selling floor, leading by example and inspiring the team to create warm connections.
* Work collaboratively with the store teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Look for opportunities for improvement while being commercially aware.
Requirements:
* Strong leadership and coaching skills, including experience leading teams and empowering others to achieve results.
* A demonstrated passion for retail and a desire to provide great customer service.
* A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to provide innovation and effective customer solutions.
* Relevant merchandising and selling skills and key product awareness.
* Strong written, listening and spoken communication skills.
