About the Role:
JS Careers is partnering with a global technology services organisation to appoint an IT Service Delivery Lead to own the stability, performance, and security of critical network and infrastructure services across a multi-site environment.
This is a hands‐on operational leadership role spanning WAN, LAN, data centres, and hybrid cloud, leading ITIL‐aligned service operations and a high‐performing technical team.
What you'll do:
* Lead the Network & Infrastructure team, owning service stability, incidents, and escalations
* Own end‐to‐end operations across WAN/LAN, data centres, firewalls, VPNs, and core network services
* Take charge of major incidents, driving resolution and clear stakeholder communication
* Run ITIL‐aligned service management across incident, problem, and change
* Oversee complex hybrid Microsoft environments (Exchange hybrid, multi‐forest AD, Azure Landing Zones)
Support modern workplace and cloud platforms (AlwaysOn VPN, Zscaler/Netskope, Windows 365, AVD)
Safeguard data across cloud and on‐prem and drive continuous operational improvement
What you bring:
* 7+ years in infrastructure / network operations, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
* Strong hands‐on experience across enterprise networks and hybrid environments.
* Experience with Exchange hybrid, Azure Landing Zones, AD forests, VPNs, and VDI.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Copilot/Agent configs, and Purview/DSPM in regulated environments.
* Proven people leadership, calm under pressure, and strong stakeholder engagement.
