We are seeking a highly skilled Depot Operations Leader to join our team in Victoria. This role will focus on leading and optimising operational performance, including safety, quality, delivery and cost, across our regional depots and 3rd party warehouses in Victoria.

The successful candidate will provide strategic and tactical leadership of supply chain, operations and administration of our Victorian depots, including warehousing, carton erecting and distribution to fulfill customer orders.

Key responsibilities include:

* Manage depot activities within the regional Vic network and administration over third-party depot sites
* Oversee equipment, employees, agents, safety, logistics and administration
We are looking for an individual with a degree in Warehousing, Supply Chain or Business, and at least 3 years' experience in large organisations with high SKU and customer environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP, and be able to negotiate and build relationships with internal and external parties.
">
They must also possess well-developed leadership skills and the ability to manage and influence effectively across a large team with a diverse range of skills and experience.

A safety champion is required, someone who has a good understanding of appropriate safety standards and responsibilities under chain of responsibility and WHSE legislation.

Effective cost management and reduction experience, negotiating contracts and managing suppliers is also essential.
