* Research complex problems by accessing internal and external knowledge databases.
* Perform hardware troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and incident resolution to ensure seamless system performance.
* Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, including upgrades and transitions to new systems.
* Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide timely resolutions.
* Monitor, review, update, and dispose of ServiceNow/HelpNow system tickets according to Performance Requirements Standards.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Equivalent tertiary education and relevant experience in responsibilities outlined above.
* A working knowledge of ServiceNow/HelpNow (or similar applications).
* CISSP certificate or equivalent.
