Child and Family Practitioner Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Child and Family Practitioner to join our team at our Mandurah office. This is a permanent, 3-day-per-week role that involves working with children (0-18) and their families to promote well-being and prevent mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities
* Casework management and care coordination for vulnerable children and families
* Providing individual support to parents and counseling for children to promote healthy relationships and prevent mental health issues
